Pyramid Hitch
Andersen Manufacturing Inc., Idaho Falls, Idaho, presents its Pyramid Hitch. It is an aluminum 5th Wheel Hitch. The removable portion of the product weighs 36 lbs. There is a 5 inch diameter ball that is hooked onto the king pin. That ball then slides into a polyethaline coated socket. The polyethelene allows for a low friction connection taking away the need for grease. There are then two pins inserted to hold the ball in the socket. This rigid connection removes some of the chucking giving the owner a smooth towing experience.
The Pyramid Hitch can easily be removed from
the back of your truck. Unbolt and lift it out.:
