Additional Notes:
In 1984 Jeep introduced the downsized Cherokee / Wagoneer XJ to its line-up. The smaller pickup, introduced in 1986, is called teh MJ. The new 4-link front suspension is concepturally the same design used on teh Jeep TJ. It consists of a solid front axle, loacted by an upper and lower link on each side, a track bar, and coil springs. Traditional leaf fprings positioned under the axle support the rear. These vehicles feature uni-body construction, or a one-piece body and frame, as opposed to a seperate body mounted on a rail type frame that is found on most trucks and SUVs.
Black Diamond offers a complete 3" lift system. Front lift is acheived via replacement coil springs, while replacement lower links with Urethane eye bushings correctly repositoin the front axle in the wheel well and restore caster angle. For a "budget build" you can omit the lwer links, but teh front axle will be shifted rearward slightly, and caster angle will be insufficient on some vehicles; caster angle varies
Rear lift is acheived via full-length add-a-leafs that beef-up the notoriously weak factory springs. Replacement 3" rear lift springs are offered as an option forthe XJ. Black Diamond also offeres a rebuildable, adjustable track bar that precisely locates the front axle, side-to-side, and allows more bind-free suspension travel. Other options include a steering stabilizer and AT shock absorbers.

Bottom line, if they make a Suspension System for your vehicle, then chances are we
can get it. There are a lot of different applications for Suspension
Systems, unfortunately we don't have them all available to order on our website.
