2" JK Lift System - Thicker coil spring isolators replace the factory isolators installed on top of the stock coil springs. By retaining the factory springs you're assured of factory ride quality. new OEM-type closed-cell foam compression travel dampeners are included. Replacement shocks are not required, although optional Black Diamond AT shocks improve control, and provide off-roaders an additional 4" of extension travel. When opting for shocks, be sure to also order #700615 Shock Kit Box, which contains additional required components.

Generally, caster angle is adequate at this modest lift height, although if caster is "light", optional alignment cams are available. Other options for increasing caster are longer, fixed-length front / lower axle-to-frame links, or high-clearance XT swivels Links. If replacement lower links are used, alignment cams are not needed.
