Soft Tonneau Cover: The TREK Roll Up Tonneau Cover material is a polyester weave, automotive grade vinyl that resists fading, cracking or sagging. In addition, the material is soft and flexible allowing the user to cover a load that may be slightly above the top of the truck bed or be irregular in shape. The soft tonneau cover is always tight as you control the tension. Competitor’s roll up tonneau covers, that have interlocking aluminum panels underneath the vinyl, cannot be tightened and flap when driving at highway speed. The result – lower gains in fuel economy and increased noise.

Technical Features:

• Our ratchet mechanism allows the cover to be tensioned in order to prevent billowing in the wind when traveling at highway speed.

• Extruded anodized aluminum side rails are easily clamped to the top of the pickup box no drilling required. The cover runs over the half round insert of the rail allowing water to run into the rain gutter and out of the box ensuring a dry load. 

• When closed, the cover hooks into slots in the side rails. A bracket is provided to lock the tailgate. The rear of the cover has a magnetic strip which holds the cover flat and firm to the tailgate.
