If you place an order from us with our Order Protection Plan and receive a damaged or lost item. Truckaddons will expedite your request and ensure you have the correct product and are satisfied with your purchase in the shortest time possible. Lost or damaged items can and do occur when shipping heavy products like truck and SUV accessories. The average turn around time on a lost or damaged shipment is between 3-8 weeks. This protection plan will ensure your order is handled is the least possible amount of time. In most cases we will handle these claims within 24-48 hours.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item you must note that the item is damaged with the shipping company upon delivery. If you have done this we'll have your damaged item picked up right away and have replacement sent out immediately.
Lost Items: In the event of a lost item. TruckAddons.com will replace the item immediately and deal with the shipping company so you can get your part as fast as possible and with as little hassle as possible. Any item being claimed as lost cannot have a "delivered" status from the shipping company. The item must be classified as lost.
